The COVID Collision: From the Lens of an Epidemiologist, Infectious Disease Physician, and a Mom
Learning Objectives:
Understand how COVID-19 has impacted the low-income community in Detroit and find common patterns on a global scale.
Recognize the challenges that coronavirus has posed on an individual, physician team and health system level.
Appreciate the need for an interdisciplinary team required to combat COVID-19 and understand the need and function for each of these components.
